Privacy Policy

What we collect

This privacy policy applies to the Software and services operated by FlexTPM LLC ("FlexTPM", "we", "us"). FlexTPM collects the minimum information needed to operate the licensing system:

• Email address - provided during purchase or beta signup. Used to deliver your license key and product updates.
• Hardware ID - a one-way hash of your motherboard serial, CPU ID, and disk serial. Used to lock your license to your machine. We cannot reverse this hash to identify your hardware.
• Machine name - your computer's name. Used for license management.
• Payment information - processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What we do not collect

• No browsing data or analytics tracking on the desktop application.
• No keystrokes, files, or personal documents.
• No IP address logging beyond standard web server logs.
• No data sold to third parties.

License validation

The Software contacts our server on startup to validate your license. This sends your license key and hardware ID. No other data is transmitted. If the server is unreachable, the Software continues to work for up to 30 days offline.

Install diagnostics

If installation fails and you click "Send Diagnostics," a report is sent to our support team containing your machine name, OS version, license key, and error details. This is opt-in only.

Data storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your license is active. You can request deletion by contacting support.

Third-party services

• Stripe - payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Cloudflare - hosting and API infrastructure (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
