FlexTPM collects the minimum information needed to operate the licensing system:
The Software contacts our server on startup to validate your license. This sends your license key and hardware ID. No other data is transmitted. If the server is unreachable, the Software continues to work for up to 30 days offline.
If installation fails and you click "Send Diagnostics," a report is sent to our support team containing your machine name, OS version, license key, and error details. This is opt-in only.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database). We retain your data for as long as your license is active. You can request deletion by contacting support.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@flextpm.com.
